Aaron Schreiner
is an artist working with sculpture, installation, and image distribution. He completed a diploma in Fine Arts in 2024 in the class of Nadine Fecht and Thomas Rentmeister at the Hochschule für Bildende Künste Braunschweig. His practice explores intentional encounters between contemporary visual influences and classical artistic methods, encompassing a broad range of techniques and materials.
Central to his work is an investigation of how meaning is produced, shifted, and transformed over time within images and visual media. Schreiner is particularly interested in the instability of interpretation and the ways images accumulate, lose, or alter significance through context, circulation, and material presence. Engaging with questions of environmental and cultural change, his work examines how visual languages mediate relationships between human activity, material conditions, and ecological concerns. By relying on processes of translation, recombination, and distribution, Schreiner’s work reflects on the role of images as both carriers of meaning and active agents within contemporary reality.
